c. Registrant shall not and shall not permit any other person to copy the Software or Documentation and Registrant shall not, and shall not permit any other person, to give, loan, rent or sub-licence the Software or Documentation;

d. Upon termination of the Registrant’s registration, this software licence agreement shall automatically terminate and Registrant shall immediately cease the use of any Software and Documentation, and Registrant shall properly delete all copies thereof in Registrant’s possession, custody and/or control, in whatever form embodied; and

e. This evaluation licence does not confer on the Registrant or on any end user any rights in the Software or in the Documentation.

5. The Registrant’s right to use the Software and Documentation shall automatically terminate if Registrant fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions governing the use of this site.

6. Hypertext links to this website are prohibited without the express prior consent of Sprint Web Solutions Limited and shall be subject to a separate linking agreement with Sprint Web Solutions Limited.
